Hemp oil comes only from hemp seeds. It is not derived from the cannabis plant itself. Hemp oil has no psychoactive properties. You can't use it to get high.
Hemp seed shells may contain traces of THC, the active psychoactive compound in marijuana. People with a previous dependence on cannabis may consider looking for an alternative. As mentioned earlier, hemp seeds are not grown from the marijuana plant but from the hemp plant, which contains small amounts of THC. Nut pyrazines and pyrroline, which are also found in coffee, dark chocolate, nut chocolates, sprouted chickpeas and Parmesano Reggiano, are responsible for the nutty flavour of the seed.
